As Michelle from Harvest Feast said..."Seasonal deliciousness!!"
We completely agree Michelle! Book your tickets now, as our long table dinner is set to be a sensational night of incredible Tasmanian produce, not to mention local cider and wine, stories from farmers and more!
Chef Tommy Westcott is returning for the challenge, and Stan Robert from Fat Carrot Farm obviously thought it was too much fun to miss! The team of Tommy and Stan will be formidable in the kitchen, along with some star apprentices that will work with them, as they show us what they can do with our list of locally grown produce, to create a menu to make your mouth water!
Here is Tom, cooking in the outdoor heavy metal kitchen at MONA for our dinner last year!
The list of produce is growing by the day, we already have English Leicester hogget, Highland Beef, Tasmanian Butter, saffron, asparagus, turnips, radish, lettuce and beautiful free range eggs!
Tommy and Stan have had a scoping session, including a visit to Willie Smith's....it's getting exciting!!
Our MC is back
Tim Cox will be our master of ceremonies for the night, where he will make the event shine, and guide us through a relaxed evening of awards and good food. While Yoshi Izumi will bring us his incredible jazz guitar skills to create an awesome atmosphere in the Apple Shed.
Come and enjoy a night with family and friends, meet some local producers, hear their stories and celebrate what it is to be a Tasmanian foodie!
