The program for Cross Pollinate 2015 is currently being developed. The draft program format is below. 

DAY ONE - People, Place and Provenance 

An interactive day of conversations, presentations and activities finishing with networking drinks includes Feed Dating or a session on "Where your meat comes from?"

8.00am to 5.30pm


DAY ONE EVENING - Meet the Farmer. See the Farm

Networking drinks and a gourmet dinner prepared by Luke Burgess with local Tasmanian produce from local farms. Come and meet the producers!

5.30pm to 10.30pm

DAY TWO - Field day

A fun day visiting the farms of producers in the Tamar Valley. A great opportunity to hear their stories, to meet producers on-farm and share ideas on everything from soil health to marketing. The day will finish with an on-farm lunch. Price includes bus tickets.

9.00am to 3.00pm
